Terms of Service

Texclon is an AI-powered messaging assistant that learns your writing style and generates suggested replies on your behalf. You remain in control — Texclon only sends messages you approve, unless you explicitly enable auto-send for a persona.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Texclon. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

You agree NOT to use Texclon to: • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or phishing emails • Impersonate another person in a deceptive or harmful way • Harass, threaten, or abuse other individuals • Violate any applicable law or the terms of service of connected platforms (Gmail, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.) • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse Texclon's AI systems We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

Texclon generates replies using AI (Groq / OpenAI). You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is sent. Texclon is a tool to assist you — not a replacement for human judgment. We are not liable for the content of AI-generated messages that you choose to send.

When you connect Gmail, Slack, WhatsApp, or other platforms, you grant Texclon permission to read and send messages on your behalf within the scopes you approve. You can revoke this permission at any time from your account settings or directly from the connected platform. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Texclon complies with the terms of service of each connected platform.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Free trials: Premium and Exclusive plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if Texclon does not work as described. Contact support@texclon.site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using Texclon, you agree to our Privacy Policy. You own your data. We do not sell your data. We do not use your personal messages to train shared AI models.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texclon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from dashboard settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

We may update these Terms as Texclon evolves. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
